The Makaha West Golf Course, located at the sprawling Makaha Resort and Golf Club, remains one of the top golf courses on Oahu. It was designed by William F. Bell in 1969 and is regarded as Oahu’s number one golf course by Honolulu Magazine.
The 18 Hole, par 72, championship golf course stretches 7,077 yards from the "tips", and holds a U.S.G.A. rating of 73.2, challenging both professionals and amateurs alike. Unlike some Oahu courses, they allow cart access to all fairways so guests can enjoy the beauty of the Makaha area.
Makaha West also offers a driving range, group and private lessons from a P.G.A. professional staff, golf club and shoe rentals, shops for golf apparel and other accessories.
The golf club features a swimming pool, meeting rooms, banquet facilities, restaurant, lounge with entertainment.
